Structure description

The complex, a modern building on four floors, is surrounded by a large well looked after garden with many tall trees. It is situated on the shoulder of the splendid fine pinkish coloured sandy beach of the Biodola bay with transparent water which is ideal for diving and snorkelling, an oasis of unbeatable beauty, where the peacefulness of the place is joined with recreational and sporting activities. The calm water means that even the least expert can windsurf, go canoeing and do other water sports. The bedrooms are divided into standard, classic, sea view, or suite depending on their position, their size or the furnishings. The hotel has a seawater swimming pool surrounded by a wide solarium-lawn which doubles as a pleasant cool place to meet and relax, 9 hole golf course, eight clay tennis courts, one is floodlit, synthetic grass tennis/five-a-side football pitch, private beach and a sun umbrella and two sun beds per room, and on payment also a beach cabin. It is ideal for anyone who loves sport, there is water skiing, swimming lessons, tennis and golf classes and boat and buoy hire. You can make wonderful scuba dives under the eye of the specialised diving centre and obtain a PADI licence. A free programme of other activities is also planned: aerobics, a jogging track that winds its way through the green vegetation of the Mediterranean woodland, a mini-gym and table tennis. On payment there is a hairdresser, beautician and masseur. The "Maitù" restaurant is on the beach, here you can have lunch with an à la carte menu. There is a buffet breakfast and dinner is à la carte apart from the hors d'oeuvre and the dessert which is buffet service. For the younger guests, from 4 to 12 years old, there is a Mini Club from 11/06 to 15/09 where trained staff organize a timetable of group courses of swimming, tennis, open air games and other recreational activities in specially equipped rooms.
