Structure description
The Residence is in the Mola area, half way between Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri and is in 20,000 sq. m. area of green woodland below the town of Capoliveri. Within the Residence we find apartments that are well separated one from another which gives more privacy to guests during their stay. In fact every apartment is on the ground floor with its own independent entrance, there is a double terrace furnished with table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbeque where you can taste fantastic grills in the open air. The residence has ample green areas where both children and adults can enjoy themselves, lounge with a terrace furnished with tables, TV, and a large controlled car park. There is a supermarket, bank, petrol station, bar and bazaar only a few hundred metres away. You can rent sun beds, sun umbrellas, pedal boats on the nearby Naregno beach where there is also a windsurf school, pizzeria, bar etc.
