Structure description

The residence is next to the sea and set in a large well cared for garden of flowers. As a result of its elevated position there is a beautiful view over the adjoining Reale bay. A path with steps leads down to the sea and a sand and pebble beach, here you can rent sun shades, sun loungers and pedal boats. The beautiful swimming pool is pleasantly set in greenery overlooking the sea and there are sunshades, deck chairs and sun beds. Guests can also use a grill area. The comfortable and carefully furnished apartments have a fully equipped terrace or garden, all have a sea view and offer a superior level of comforts, guaranteeing a pleasant and relaxing stay. The guests can use a pretty veranda, near the pool, here there is a TV room and vending machine for hot and cold drinks. Free shuttle service to the port and airport (on request) and on payment for other destinations. As from this year the Residence is also a sporting centre with a diving and sailing school, jogging track with exercises, personalised fitness programmes are available on request, further guests can find extensive information about hill walking routes. Bicycles are available for guests' use. There is a children's club (on payment) for 8 to 14 year olds with sports programmes on the beach, and for 4 to 12 year olds there is a recreational programme in the nearby play park. There are special arrangements for guests at a beach facility where there is also a bar and restaurant. Wireless internet connection in apartment.
